The Meyers-Briggs Personality Test consists of 74 multiple choice questions that ask for your responses to various situations. Based on your responses, the program analyzes your personality on four dimensions. The following abbreviations are used to represent personality characteristics:
E = Extrovert I = Introvert |
N = Intuitive S = Sensing |
F = Feeling T = Thinking |
J = Judging P = Perceiving |
You are then assigned a four letter personality description. One letter is given from each column to represent your dominant personality characteristic on each dimension (eg. ESFP, ENTJ, ISTP, etc.). Then, a description of the dominant features of your personality type is provided.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not have any information about the test other than what is provided here. I wrote this program based on a copy of the test I took in high school, but I do not have anything but this electronic version now. I understand that there are other versions of the test and other scoring information available, but I have not investigated these. Please enjoy!
